IBPS photo and signature size, made for you

The IBPS form asks for four pictures, each with its own size in pixels and KB. Choose your photo, and Nova Forms saves it at the size in the table. It is made on your device, so nothing is uploaded.

IBPS sizes

These are the sizes in the notices we know of for IBPS (PO, Clerk, SO and RRB). Exams change them from time to time, so always read the size on your own notice. If it is different, open the tool and choose Other size.

How to make your IBPS pictures

  1. Choose a row

Tap Make it on the picture you need in the table. Nova Forms opens already set to that size and KB.

  2. Choose your picture

Pick a photo from your phone or computer, or take one with your phone camera. For a photo, move and zoom it until your face is in the frame.

  3. Make it

Tap the button at the bottom. The file is made at the size in the table, and you see the size in KB.

  4. Save and upload

Tap Save file, then upload that file on your form. Do the next picture the same way.

Why use this tool

The size is set for you

Each button opens the tool with the pixels and the KB limit already filled in. You can still change them.

Inside the KB range

The picture is made at the size in the table, and the file is kept between the smallest and the largest KB. A little invisible padding brings a small file up to the smallest.

A clean signature

A photo of your signature on paper becomes dark writing on a clean white background, cut to fit.

Made for phones

Big buttons, a camera button on phones, and a frame you move and zoom with your fingers.

Private

Everything happens in your browser, on your device. Your photo is not sent to a server.

Free

No watermark, no account, no limit on how many you make.

Tips for IBPS

Questions

What size is the IBPS photo?
The IBPS notices we know of ask for a photo of 200 × 230 pixels, as a JPG of 20 to 50 KB. Check your own notice, because exams change it from time to time.
What size is the IBPS signature?
A signature of 140 × 60 pixels, as a JPG of 10 to 20 KB, in the notices we know of.
What about the left thumb impression and the handwritten declaration?
The thumb impression is 240 × 240 pixels (20 to 50 KB) and the handwritten declaration is 800 × 400 pixels (50 to 100 KB), in the notices we know of. Both have a button in the table above.
Why does my file have an extra note about padding?
Some sizes have a smallest file size too, such as 20 KB. When a clean picture comes out smaller than that, a little invisible padding is added so the form accepts it. The picture itself is the same.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The photo is opened, resized and saved in your browser, on your own device.
Will the same sizes work for other exams?
They match what many bank and exam forms ask for, but every exam sets its own. Always follow your own notice. You can type any size and KB limit under Other size.
