How it works

  1. Pick the tool

    Photo resizer, Signature resizer or Image to PDF. You can switch at any time from the Menu.

  2. Choose your photo

    Pick one from your phone or computer, or take one with your phone camera. Nothing leaves your device.

  3. Set the size

    Tap a quick setting such as IBPS photo or SSC signature, or choose the pixels and the KB limit yourself.

  4. Save the file

    Look at the result and its size in KB, then tap Save file and upload it on your form.

Is Nova Forms free?
Yes. It is free to use, with no watermark and no account.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Photos, signatures and PDFs are opened, made and saved in your browser, on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server.
What can Nova Forms do?
It resizes a photo or a signature to exact pixels and a KB limit, cleans a photo of a signature, and puts up to 25 photos of your papers into one PDF.
Which photos can I open?
JPG, PNG and WebP photos open on every browser. iPhone HEIC photos open in Safari. In other browsers, take the photo with your phone camera, or save it as a JPG first.
Which sizes do my forms want?
It depends on the form, and exams change them from time to time. The exam pages list the sizes we know of for IBPS, SSC, NEET and JEE. Always read your own notice, and use Other size if it is different.
Why is my file a little under my KB limit?
It aims a little under the limit on purpose, because some websites count 1 KB as 1000 bytes and some as 1024. A file a little under the limit is accepted by both.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It is built for phones. Chrome and Edge on Android, and Safari on iPhone, all work.
Does it work offline?
After the first visit the page can open without a connection, and your files never need the internet.
